The Signorelli Company and its homebuilding division First America Homes held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of eight duplexes built in Angel Reach Village, according to a Dec. 4 news release.
In a nutshell
Angel Reach Village is part of the nonprofit Angel Reach, with the duplexes allowing the nonprofit to provide shelter and support services to youth ages 16-24 who have aged out of the foster care system or need housing, according to the news release.
The development will feature 16 total duplexes, according to the news release. The duplexes feature two 550-square-foot units with two bedrooms and a bathroom, with each unit designed to house two youths.
First America Homes built eight duplexes; Grace Point Homes constructed five duplexes; and HomeAid, a nonprofit partner of the Greater Houston Builders Association, will build the last three duplexes, according to the press release. The final duplexes are expected to be completed in March.
