Chapel Bend is a new acreage homesite community that opened June 24 in the Montgomery ISD area. The community will be located at 24842 W. FM 1097, Montgomery. Realtor Derrik Witte said the community will consist of 67 lots, and acreage picking will begin around $99,000 and average $125,000. Witte said it will be a custom home community with living spaces totaling a minimum of 2,500 square feet.
