The community consists of 95 acres and will feature 40- and 50-foot homesites. With houses ranging in the $300,000's, Tri Pointe offers a collection of 12 different one- and two-story home designs, according to the release. Homes on the 40-foot homesites range from an estimated 1,466-2,313 square feet. Homes on the 50-foot homesites range from 1,662-2,712 square feet.
“Westridge Cove not only meets that critical need but does so in a way that makes a premium lifestyle possible for homebuyers," said Joe Mandola, Tri Pointe Homes Houston’s division president, in the release.
Amenities at the community include a swimming pool with a two-story waterslide and tanning edges; fitness and recreation centers; a playground with swings; a toddler area; and a community walking trail.
