Montgomery County reported an additional death related to COVID-19 on July 13, bringing the total number of deaths to 42. A man in his 80s from Conroe died in the hospital. He had comorbidities in addition to testing positive for COVID-19.

The total number of cases has increased by 105 since July 10, up to 3,112 cases as of July 13. Active cases increased from 1,040 to 1,059. Of the active cases who are Montgomery County residents, 41 are in the hospital. Meanwhile, 2,011 people have recovered.
