After over eight years of a mostly online presence, Mahaffey decided to open her first brick-and-mortar location in downtown Conroe, as previously reported. Get Fictional sells handmade soy candles with a “bookish twist,” Mahaffey said, along with other scent items like wax melts, perfumes and diffusers. The store will also have a collection of books, including independent and local authors from around the area.
