Quote of note
“We launched our Flex brand to fill a gap in the market: a true Class A option for small-bay users,” CEO Nate Newman said. “While most office/warehouse parks chase the lowest cost, we focus on architectural quality and thoughtful design—hallmarks of every Newman project. Flex caters to users under 12,000 square feet, including dynamic, quasi-retail tenants like indoor soccer, pickleball, gyms, man caves and creative office.”
