Former Montgomery Pines rebrands to The Plant Spot, relocates to Montgomery 

Marketing Agent Miki Rankin said the former Montgomery Pines nursery attached to the tree farm Four Seasons relocated from Willis to Montgomery in February.

Founded in 2018, the retail division of Montgomery Pines was rebranded as The Plant Spot and relocated to Montgomery to combine the company's wholesale and retail operations in a larger location, Rankin said.

Owned by Oliver Baumhogger and Joe Baumhogger, customers can expect a larger variety of plants, events and plant sales at the new plant shop location.

“We are still thriving on striving to provide excellent customer service, which is helping people pick out plans and being honest about how the plants react to the weather. So we're very educational,” Rankin said.

Plants offered at The Plant Spot range from landscaping plants to tropical and desert plants. Rankin said the plant shop holds over 30 types of plans at a time during its busier seasons and will be holding a tropical plant sale in the next few weeks.
