SureStay Studio by Best Western Conroe Downtown opened April 26 in Downtown Conroe nearby attractions such as the Crighton Theatre. The hotel is located at 1000 Cable St., Conroe, and offers a 24-hour fitness center, a 360-square-foot conference room and a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast.
The 43-room hotel received a complete renovation of the interior and exterior, according to owner Matt Patel, and reopens under a new brand and change of ownership.
All of the rooms have kitchenettes, full-size fridges, large microwaves and stovetops, serving longer-stay travelers.
“Guests will feel right at home in our suites with kitchenettes and comfortable beds, and will appreciate our complimentary amenities, including grab-and-go breakfast and high-speed internet throughout the hotel," Patel said in a May 19 release.
