Open Arms Boutique opened July 25 at 3501 N. Frazier St., Conroe. The boutique is a branch of the nonprofit I Am Whole, which aims to “empower individuals with ADHD” and was founded in 2018, according to founder Jacorea Taylor. Taylor said the boutique takes clothing, furniture and home goods donations.
