July 14-16: Complete a scavenger hunt
Pine Market is hosting a scavenger hunt in the community. The event will give participants 13 tasks to complete around the complex. Participants will receive small rewards when visiting the participating businesses. There is also an opportunity for participants to take five photos of themselves while on the hunt to be entered to win a free round of mini golf for the entire family at Longview Greens Miniature Golfing. The winner will be chosen at random.

The Conroe Art League will host an intro to oil painting class for teens. The class will include instruction on using supplies, understanding the fundamentals of oil painting, color mixing and applying color. Participants will also paint a landscape or still-life oil-based painting with the guidance of a teacher. It is open to ages 15-18. Supplies will be provided.

Honor Cafe is hosting a fundraiser to assist the family of Brodie Bell, who at the age of 3 was diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy called Duchenne. The funds will help with the costs of accessible features and an electric wheelchair for Brodie, who is now 16 years old.

The city of Montgomery will host its water party with water slides, beach balls, water toys and wading pools for babies. Food will also be for sale.
