BB’s Café in Katy celebrates its first anniversary in January, and General Manager Jorge Castillo said business has been very good.
BB’s Cafe is a traditional Tex-Orleans eatery with regional fare, craft beers and crawfish.[/caption]The Tex-Orleans restaurant serves a variety of food familiar to residents of Texas and Louisiana, including a wide selection of fried seafood dishes, gumbo, New Orleans-style po’boys, fresh crawfish and other regional specialties.
The restaurant also features traditional fare, such as steaks, hamburgers, shrimp and oysters along with a healthy menu with whole wheat wraps.
“Crawfish season begins in mid-January,” Castillo said. “And our happy hour is rocking.”
