With a spring opening slated for the furniture retailer, Lovesac will open its 801-square-foot store in Rice Village at 2510 University Blvd., Houston.
“Rice Village is committed to bringing differentiated tenants and experiences to our community,” said Morgan Lera, a senior investment associate at Rice Management Company, in a March 2 announcement. “In light of the increased focus on the home this past year, we’ve made a concerted effort to bring a variety of inspirational home décor options to our shoppers. We can’t wait to add Lovesac to the Village.”
The Rice Village location will offer high-quality furniture through Lovesac’s “Designed for Life” approach, with furniture designed to last a lifetime, per Lovesac's website. Customers will also be able to experience the retailer’s Sacs and demo Sactionals.
Lovesac will join other new retailers in Rice Village, including Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, which is also set to open this spring, and West Elm, which will open this summer. www.lovesac.com
