Sweet Paris Creperie and Cafe opened in 2012 in Rice Village as a fast-casual, bistro-style shop serving sweet and savory crepes in a European-inspired setting.
Now, founders Allison and Ivan Chavez are celebrating 14 years across all location in May.
What's on the menu
Sweet Paris offers sweet crepes layered with fresh fruit, chocolate and house-made fillings as well as savory options like smoked salmon, chicken and melted cheese. The menu also includes coffee, salads and light fare such as Belgian waffles and paninis.
“At its core, Sweet Paris was always meant to be a place of escape—somewhere guests could step into a European bistro, even if just for a short time,” said co-founder Allison Chavez. “We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and energized by what’s still ahead.”
The celebration
To celebrate the milestone, the bistro will offer a lineup of celebratory, birthday-themed offerings throughout May at all locations, according to a May 4 news release. Items will include:
Birthday cake crepe filled with cake cream and graham cracker crumble
Birthday funfetti waffles topped with fresh berries and whipped cream
Birthday cake milkshake served in a Nutella and sprinkle-rimmed glass and topped with a funfetti waffle

The menu also features two specialty lattes, including the birthday cake latte infused with birthday cake flavor and the iced birthday cake cloud latte, topped with birthday cake cold foam.
One more thing
On May 16, the first 100 customers to visit in-store will also receive a complimentary Sweet Paris swag bag, per the release.
