After serving as an executive chef for the past 20 years, Rishi Singh has started a new ice cream business in Bellaire, according to a Nov. 22 social media post.
Max’s Ice Cream sells pints for $10 and offers unique flavors such as English Sticky Toffee Pudding and Pistachio Cardamom. Top sellers include the Burnt Cookies and Cream, Madagascar Vanilla Bean and Bailey’s Irish Coffee & Brownies.

According to the company’s social media, pickup is in Bellaire near Evelyn’s Park, and bulk order discounts and referral bonuses are available.
Additionally, Singh said he is planning to open a brick-and-mortar storefront in late 2026.
