The Tex-Mex franchise plans to open a third location in late 2025 to early 2026, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

According to the filing, the new space will be roughly 3,300 square feet and located between Westpark Drive and Southwest Freeway.

The project is expected to cost $150,000, with construction lasting from September to December. Details are subject to change.

On the menu

Known for its burritos and bowls, the franchise offers customers a variety of choices, including four types of tortillas, three types of beans and two types of rice.

As for protein, Uberrito serves beer-battered cod, grilled shrimp, shredded beef, fajita beef, ground beef, shredded pork carnitas, grilled chicken and vegan picadillo, according to the eatery’s website.

Additionally, Uberrito has 20 different toppings ranging from sliced avocado to sautéed spinach.

The franchise currently has stores open in Humble and Sugar Land, and is typically open seven days a week.
