The owners of the Thai Village Restaurant in Rice Village posted on the restaurant's website a closure notice in mid-May, citing that the business's last day of service would be May 30.

"We would like to thank all of our valued customers who have supported us throughout these years," the post stated.

What we know

Thai Village operated at the Times Boulevard location for 35 years, providing Thai food and Asian cuisine to local residents, such as pho, vermicelli bowls, fried rice and curry.

The owners did not give a reason for the closure on their website or social media accounts, and the restaurant's phone number was disconnected as of press time.
