The owners are Paul Kirchhoff and his parents, Steve and Linnea Kirchhoff. The team is working to finalize the menus, wine lists and space, according to the store’s social media, which detailed how Kirchhoff was inspired to bring the wines to Texas.

"A few years ago, Paul visited Château de Reignac while wandering through Bordeaux, and it was love at first sip," the statement read. "He knew right then he had to bring their wines to Texas. Fast forward to 2025, and one ton (yep, 55 cases) of Reignac just landed at the door."
