Gaspachos Mexican Bites has been showcasing Mexican street food at its kiosk in Levy Park since September 2023.
What's happening?
The eatery, which also parks a food truck at The Commons at Hermann Park and McGovern Centennial Gardens, will celebrate the anniversary with an event at Levy Park on Sept. 20 at 6 p.m., according to a Sept. 10 news release.
The celebration will feature Mexican bites—such as tortas, tacos, quesa birria and elote—as well as music, face painting, giveaways, meet-and-greets with princesses and a dog-friendly menu.

Coinciding with Hispanic Heritage Month, the event is meant to highlight Mexican culture and cuisine, per the release.

Gaspachos recently expanded its menu offerings to include asada tortas and birria elotes, according to the news release.
