What's happening
The space that houses Eau Tour, located at 5117 Kelvin Drive, Houston, will have its final brunch service on June 2 before transforming into Milton's, an Italian-American dining destination focused on house-made pastas, wood-fire meats and creative antipasto, among other items. Restaurant representatives said in an email that Wine Director Chrisanna Shewbart will spearhead an accompanying wine program.
The expected debut of Milton's will be in the late summer, according to restaurant representatives.
While the dining transformation is taking place, Lees Den will expand service to include some Eau Tour dinner menu items including the mushroom raclette dumplings, ravioles du dauphine, the house ground short rib, and the duck double cheeseburger served with onions, gruyere and special sauce on a brioche bun.
Chef Murray will pilot the new trattoria concept with chefs Seth Siegel-Gardner, Kent Domas and Geoff Hundt.
What else
Once Milton's opens, Lees Den will also undergo a renovation to expand the bar and seating options and connect the two restaurants' upstairs spaces into a cocktail-focused speakeasy. The new space will offer snacks to complement the Italian-American trattoria menu. The intimate space will also moonlight as a private dining option.
Local Foods Market, located on the ground floor, will offer grab-and-go house-made pastas, sauces and wine from Milton's.Eau Tour
