Officials with the Korean-influenced eatery Dak & Bop announced a grand opening Feb. 18 for their Museum District location.

The eatery first opened for lunch in January following an announcement last September that it would return to the Museum District, where it first opened in 2014 before closing in May 2020.

Between its stints in the Museum District, another location operated in Tanglewood for several years before closing at the end of 2023.

Dak & Bop is known for its Korean fried chicken and kimchi fries while also offering baos and classic Korean dishes served with modern innovations, such as double-fried wings and bulgogi macaroni and cheese.

Owner Jason Cho also partnered with chef Yurum "KP" Nam on the opening of Karne, a Korean steakhouse, in the Heights in 2022.
