The Lyric Market was repeatedly delayed between supply shortages and a global pandemic, but after four years a tentative launch has been set for this fall.
“Our No. 1 goal is to provide support for best-in-class restaurateurs and truly invest in the surrounding community," said Akhtar Nawab, chef, co-CEO and founding partner at Hospitality HQ, in a Sept. 14 press release "We are looking forward to becoming a part of the culturally diverse tapestry that is Houston.”
The dining hub will feature nine local eateries and a bar, including:
- Sushi Muse;
- Mexology;
- Alenbi Falafel + Hummus;
- Lottie’s Smokehouse;
- BAD CHX;
- 1929 Po-Boy Kitchen;
- Press Waffle Co; and
- Kati Roll Wala
