The Chaucer will feature 31 exclusive custom condominiums with seven standard residence floor plans, and five penthouse suites that vary from two- to four- bedroom and bathroom combinations. Floor plans range from 1,863 square feet to 4,632 square feet.
According to the development's website, clients can customize each residence to their liking; however, standard features include 11-foot ceilings, fireplaces in two styles, French gold faucets and European cabinetry.
Penthouse features include a Gaggenau appliance package with a wine cooler in the kitchen, steam showers with a TV in the primary bathroom, premium European oak wood flooring throughout the residence and an outdoor kitchen.
Building amenities include a large dog park with pet-washing station, concierge services, a fitness centre, two high-speed elevators and a trash chute on each floor.

The project is being developed by the Randall Davis Company, a real estate development company in Houston operated by father-and-daughter duo Randall and Natalie Davis.
The company's portfolio includes designing high-rise structures throughout Houston such as the Cosmopolitan on Post Oak Boulevard, the Arabella in River Oaks and the Metropolis on Gray Street. The company's most recent project, London House, is a 12-story mid-rise development inspired by the architecture of London that opened in the River Oaks in 2024.

An on-site sales gallery is now open for residences at The Chaucer. Construction is currently underway and the development is anticipated to open in 2027.
Condos will range from $1.5 million to $4.5 million.
