According to the site plan by Capital Retail Properties, six retail stores will open in the new Meyerland Crossing Shopping Center in the next few years.

What we know

Meyerland Crossing is a new five-acre retail development located along I-610 nestled between Jackwood and Jason Street across from Meyerland Plaza. Proposed businesses include:

Shake Shack: The fast-casual restaurant offers burgers, fries and shakes along with chicken sandwiches, specialty lemonades and hot dogs.

Fizz Nail Lounge: The salon's services include manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash extensions and nail enhancements.


Chewy Vet Care: The new pet clinic offers routine and urgent care for pets such as wellness exams, rabies vaccinations and rapid heartworm tests.

Panera Bread: The shops serves sandwiches, pizza, soups and pastries.

Safari Family Dental & Orthodontics: A family dentistry clinic that serves adults, children and teens.

Nothing Bundt Cakes: The Las-Vegas based dessert shop sells bundt cakes in 10 staple flavors along with seasonal favorites and limited time specialties.

There is also a proposed 4,000 square-foot restaurant slated for the property, although no details have been shared by Capital Retail Properties on potential options for the space.
