Bodyrok, a Pilates-inspired workout studio, is expanding to Texas for the first time with three new locations poised to open across the state this fall, including two in Dallas and one in Houston.

The Houston location will be located on Westpark Drive in West University's Plaza in the Park.

According to the company's website, the workout studio specializes in 45-minute, Pilates-inspired full body workouts, with classes that include core and cardio work and upper and lower body training.

The studio itself is equipped with a 3-tired lighting system paired with "industry leading" sound all designed to provide an immersive experience, per the website. Other amenities include restrooms, lockers, a water station, a retail shop, Wi-Fi and grooming products.


Memberships at Bodyrok will vary between four, eight and 12 visits per month. An unlimited pass will also be available.
