A medical office building is being constructed near the Museum District for the new location of KH Plastic Surgery.

The new two-story building is estimated to be completed by early 2026, according to a business representative who confirmed the date with Community Impact on the phone.

The background

Kristy Hamilton is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and will move her office from the River Oaks area on Westheimer Road to Bissonnet Street. Hamilton specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body, according to the business’s website.

According to project registration information from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the 7,142 square-foot building is estimated to cost $1.2 million. Construction began in April and is projected to finish in August, according to TDLR. Details are subject to change.
