Officials with Central Houston Cadillac announced May 3 the debut of a new six-story, 200,000-square-foot location at 2621 S. Loop 610 West, Houston.

The dealership previously operated at a location in Midtown, and the new location represents a doubling in space, according to a May 3 news release. The new Central Houston Cadillac is located next to Central Houston Nissan, both of which are operated under the Central Automotive Group umbrella.

In a statement, Fernando Somoza, managing partner of Central Automotive Group, said the new location also allows the company to better serve clients in West University Place, Bellaire, River Oaks and the Medical Center area.

“This facility is the epitome of cutting edge and was conceived to provide an unrivaled experience in keeping with the Cadillac marque,” Somoza said.

The new structure was designed by Gensler and built by Harvey Builders. Features include climate-controlled customer areas, high-speed electric vehicle charging stations, private work rooms and a vehicle configuration room that allows buyers to virtually design and customize almost life-size aspects of a new car.

Cars offered by the dealership include the all-electric 2024 Cadillac Lyriq, an expanded Cadillac Escalade line and the Cadillac Celestiq, a luxury electric sedan.
