Officials with Rice Village District announced the fine jewelry brand Gorjana will be opening its store doors in early February. The Rice Village location will be the brand's third Houston location.

Co-Founder Gorjana Reidel said in a news release that they have fallen in love with the Houston community.

“From the opening of our first Texas store in 2021 to our most recent opening in the Heights Mercantile district, we have fallen in love with the extraordinary state of Texas and the Houston community," Reidel said.

The Laguna Beach-based brand offers plated necklaces, earrings, bracelets and other jewelry, including 14-karat solid gold and diamonds, in what officials describe as "coastal aesthetics, laid-back yet timeless."
