The upcoming master-planned community sits in between I-45 and FM 528, south of South Friendswood Drive.
The overview
Lots range from 50-80 feet in width, and home prices start in the $400s and go up to over $1 million, according to the news release.
The nine builders with model homes now open include:
- Beazer Homes
- Coventry Homes
- David Weekley Homes
- Drees Custom Homes
- Highland Homes
- Perry Homes
- Shea Homes
- Village Builders
- Westin Homes
Looking ahead
The first residents are expected to move in during the first quarter of 2026, according to the news release.
A 10th builder, Partners in Building, will also be added to the lineup, and is slated to open their model homes in February, according to the news release.
Construction on the amenity center in the master-planned community, which will include a clubhouse, event lawn, fitness center, lap and resort-style pools, and a playground, will begin in the first quarter of 2026 and is slated to open in spring 2027, per the release.
