Officials with Harris County's health system announced July 17 that all outpatient and clinic facilities are open and functioning 10 days after Hurricane Beryl landed in the Greater Houston region.
More than 30 facilities were temporarily closed at different times due to power outages caused by Beryl, according to the news release. The Category 1 hurricane caused widespread damage, flooding and power outages across Harris County, including the deaths of 14 people, according to numbers provided by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Three facilities opened July 18 and are operating normal hours, according to officials:
- Endoscopy Center at Quentin Meade Health Center
- Pediatric and Adolescent Health Center-Pasadena
- Thomas Street at Quentin Meade Health Center
