In a bid to help sustain The Dunlavy, 3422 Allen Parkway, Houston, for the summer, Clark Cooper Concepts opened the new pop-up concept Daddy's Burgers on May 29.
The laid-back concept will remain open through at least Labor Day. It offers$8 grass-fed beef burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, cocktails and local beers in frozen mugs.
For breakfast, Daddy's will serve up burgers, tacos and beignets.
“We are always working on 5-7 small, medium and large box concepts to diversify the portfolio of Clark Cooper Concepts," co-founder Grant Cooper said in a news release. "During this COVID-19 phase, we decided Daddy’s Burgers was the perfect small box concept to pop-up at The Dunlavy since we are unable to host our typical private events.”
