Washington Avenue Corridor welcomed its newest dining concept, Rosland’s Grill & Bar, on Aug. 9 at 903 Durham Drive, Houston.
According to an Aug. 8 press release, the new dining destination comes from the minds of Don and Kim Cristopher. Together the two conceptualized a character—Rosland—and brought it to life with the opening of this restaurant.
The character is “confident and headstrong” with a passion to give back, like many others do in the Bayou City, the release said. Rosland also “embodies women of all ages and backgrounds,” and this can be seen with the various paintings done by local artists in the 6,000-square-foot building.
Menu items of the new eatery will include oysters, ocean prime seafood, prime meats carved in-house, aquaponic salads, chef’s sandwiches, burgers and desserts. The menu “reflects the eclectic and inviting atmosphere of the design,” the release said.
