Officials with Pacific Coast Tacos, a brand founded in Sugar Land in 2017, have plans to open a third location in Montrose this summer.

The restaurant concept is inspired by the Pacific seaboard and Pacific Rim flavors and dishes.
Inventive menu items include Pacific Octopus tacos served on jicama tortillas with shredded cabbage and chili lime aioli; and ahi tuna nachos served on scratch wonton chips and topped with housemade honey wasabi, citrus soy, sesame seed, avocado, aioli and jalapeno.
