Inspired by London's private clubs, The Marigold Club will be opening this spring for Houston guests in the Montrose neighborhood. The upscale restaurant will be taking over the former space of Goodnight Charlie's, which closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
What's special about it
Goodnight Hospitality operated Goodnight Charlie's as well as a handful of local restaurants, according to its website. The group's public relations representative said in an email the "posh oasis" will be membership free.
Executive chef and restaurant partner Austin Waiter prepared for the spring opening by spending extensive time in London researching and developing a menu that reflected the global influences and nuances of the city's posh dining scene.
