Real Estate Market at a glance


The average sales price of homes in Northwest Austin has remained stable over the past couple of years. The number of homes sold has declined in some ZIP codes, with very few new homes coming to the market.

New apartments are mostly being added in just a couple of ZIP codes in the Northwest Austin area.
