Tiff’s Treats opened Sept. 18 at 1221 E. State Highway 114, Ste. 150, in Southlake. The grand opening celebration will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 23 with prizes for the first 40 people in line. The bakery sells classic cookies in flavors such as chocolate chip, peanut butter and oatmeal raisin.
