Chef Eddy Thretipthuangsin will open Sai Thai & Asian Bistro the week of March 27 at 5005 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 240, Colleyville. Menu items will include Pineapple Fried Rice, Salmon Miso Truffle, Orange Balsamic Teriyaki Chicken, Thai BBQ Ribs and Five Spice Duck.
