NexGen Fitness opened in April

at 6000 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville.

The fitness center focuses on individual

personal training; however, smallgroup

sessions for up to four people

can be provided. Each client receives

individualized weight-training,

nutrition and cardio programs. Youth,

teen and sport performance training is
