The number of homes listed for sale decreased in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake in June when compared to the same period in 2019.
In the Grapevine-Colleyville-Southlake area, ZIP codes 76051 and 76092 each saw a drop in the number of new listings year over year during a second full month of state and local coronavirus restrictions, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.
There was a slight increase in listings in ZIP code 76034.
As fewer homes were listed, the median sales price of homes that were sold fluctuated among the three ZIP codes.
