A developer-initiated request to table the consideration of a proposed neighborhood was granted by a joint meeting with Grapevine City Council and the Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission.
The request was granted during the Oct. 17 joint meeting after Eason Maykus, a representative of Hat Creek Development, asked for a delay until November.
The overview
If approved, a 32-home development called Grapevine Springs would be constructed on over 11 acres at 1600 Northwest Hwy. The rezoning request for the development included a condition that would allow Hat Creek Development to utilize two different zoning districts for single-family residential.
