Construction on a new sushi restaurant off Southlake Boulevard is expected to be completed by the fall.

Zumi Modern Sushi will be taking over the space that formerly housed Coolgreens, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Zumi Modern Sushi's Instagram page states the restaurant will open in 2025.
Renovations are expected to be completed on the space by the beginning of October and include a $190,000 remodel of the existing 2,578-square-foot space, according to the filing.
Coolgreens closed in July 2024, according to previous reporting.
