Proposed Honda dealership greenlit by Grapevine City Council

A Honda dealership is coming soon to Grapevine at 2301 William D. Tate Ave., Grapevine. The site is west of Stone Myers Parkway and north of Prospect Parkway.

Grapevine City Council gave its approval for the project at its Jan. 21 meeting.

In addition to a showroom and service building, the dealership will have an on-site car wash and vacuum stations to offer cleaning services.

A 40-foot sign will be placed on the northbound SH 121 service road, as well, according to the meeting agenda packet.

The vacant tract of land is owned by Lithia Real Estate, according to submitted documents. Consulting firm Cool Breeze Consultants is working on the project and helping to obtain various permits.

"Once we have these permits in hand, we plan to begin construction, hopefully, sometime this summer,” Cool Breeze Consultants Principal Graham Moore said in an email.
