Construction on the first phase of Settlers Park in Grapevine is on track to be completed by the end of 2024.

The park, formerly known as Silver Lake Park, could finish construction as soon as Nov. 30, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. A media spokesperson for the city of Grapevine confirmed the park’s first phase was expected to finish later this year.
Settlers Park is located on 15.8 acres of land that includes a 6.2-acre spring-fed pond, according to the city website. The first phase will feature completion of several amenities including a concrete trail, restrooms and a pavilion.
