As of March 23 three-dimensional printing is now available at the Grapevine Public Library.
An $18,000 grant from the Grapevine Friends of the Library was used to turn a former computer lab into a room the library named the Create It Space.
According to Chris Woodward, the technology librarian who manages the Create It Space, the room was designed as an "open forum" and outfitted with some of the latest technology available so community members can have a place to meet and work on their audio and visual projects.
Woodward said the most popular item in the Create It Space is the Ultimaker 2 3-D printer, which retails for $2,499.
