Texas First Rentals announced its acquisition of Rental One, an equipment and storage container rental company, in a Dec. 13 news release. A division of industrial company Holt, Texas First Rentals offers aerial, dirt and portable construction equipment, the press release stated. The company provides boom lifts, excavators, generators, pumps and trench safety equipment.
“Rental One is an excellent strategic and cultural fit that complements our existing products and services,” said Peter J. Holt, CEO and general manager of Holt, in the release.
Founded in Colleyville in 2004, Rental One offers construction equipment, concrete, and erosion control and construction supplies.
“Our customers will benefit from a broader range of products and combined expertise as we join the Texas First Rentals team," Rental One President Mike O’Neal said in the release. "We continue to be committed to providing customers with the best equipment and reliable service they have grown to know."
