From a new Burger King restaurant to an indoor trampoline park moving into a former Office Depot, read six local business updates from Grapevine and Southlake.

Snack and drink store, Exotic Snack Guys, is now open within Grapevine Mills.
The store sells a variety of drinks, sweets and savory snacks from over 40 countries, with large supplies from Japan, India and Mexico.
Employee Syed Malik said the store rotates stock every two weeks in order to keep the supply fresh and interesting for customers. Exotic Snack Guys also sells mystery boxes that start at $25 and offer an assortment of snacks, candies, chocolates and drinks.
The original store was founded in Chicago in 2023 and the brand has now grown to feature over 80 stores in more than 25 states, according to the company's website.
A new wellness business, IV Nutrition, has opened a new location in Grapevine Towne Center.
IV Nutrition offers vitamin injections that support hydration, recovery and wellness, according to its website. The business also provides medically supported IV nutrient therapy, blood testing, red light therapy and functional health evaluations.
Individuals can purchase memberships, which provide credits that can be applied toward services, products and testing at the business. Memberships start at $99 per month, and unused credits can be rolled over each month.
Women's fashion brand Reformation has opened a new location in Southlake Town Square.
The brand primarily caters to a younger audience interested in keeping up with the current fashion trends but also offers more formal dresses and gowns as well, all with an aim of quality and sustainability.
The employee training includes lessons on how to live sustainably both at work and at home, sales supervisor Brooklyn Taylor said. Employees unplug electronics when leaving work to save energy.
Reformation publishes an annual sustainability report that highlights updates like the reduction in the brand’s product carbon intensity. The brand started by retailoring vintage clothing before starting to make its own products and still prioritizes circularity in ways like using recycled materials.
Reformation currently has less than 100 stores and Taylor said another central focus of the brand is personalizing the customer experience. Only one of each article of clothing is on display in the showroom and customers use a screen in the fitting room to request sizes and adjust light temperature.
Coming soon
Burger King’s new Sizzle location in Grapevine is planned for an early 2027 opening after gaining council approval last year.
The new Sizzle locations feature an upgraded interior and exterior, including expanded drive-thru lanes, digital ordering kiosks and clearly defined mobile order pickup locations. The menu will be similar to existing Burger King locations, according to previous reporting.
“This is all part of our larger Reclaim the Flame plan and goal to have most Burger King restaurants across the U.S. with a modern image by 2028,” spokesperson Trae Martino said in an email.
Besides goals to better accommodate modern consumers, the new location will also feature “bold, modern” aesthetic changes like wood and bright colors as well as “the King Booth and Home of the Whopper wall,” Martino said.
While an exact opening still remains dependent on construction, the early 2027 goal is still the current plan.
A new Sky Zone location is set to open next year in Grapevine Towne Center.
Sky Zone offers attractions such as open jump trampolines, ultimate dodgeball and a trampoline basketball court, according to its website. Franchise owner Chalmer McWilliams said design work on the park is still ongoing.
The business also hosts birthday parties and group events.
“Grapevine has everything we were looking for including steady growth and a community with a real appetite for activities families can enjoy together,” McWilliams said in an email.
