Women's fashion brand Reformation has opened a new location in Southlake Town Square.
The brand primarily caters to a younger audience interested in keeping up with the current fashion trends but also offers more formal dresses and gowns as well, all with an aim of quality and sustainability.
The employee training includes lessons on how to live sustainably both at work and at home, sales supervisor Brooklyn Taylor said. Employees unplug electronics when leaving work to save energy.
Reformation publishes an annual sustainability report that highlights updates like the reduction in the brand’s product carbon intensity. The brand started by retailoring vintage clothing before starting to make its own products and still prioritizes circularity in ways like using recycled materials.
