Bastrop Post Office renamed to honor war hero Sgt. Maj. Billy Waugh

Bastrop native Sgt. Maj. Billy Waugh, one of the most decorated soldiers in U.S. history, was honored June 17 with the renaming of the Bastrop Post Office.
