Tomball lines up FM 2920 utility relocation design work

The item to approve a professional services agreement with Oller Engineering, Inc. to design the relocation of utilities along FM 2920 has a price tag not-to-exceed $765,541. Council approved the item without discussion as part of its consent agenda.
