Year-over-year home prices, sales decline across Georgetown

November data released by the Austin Board of Realtors Dec. 14 shows home prices and sales were down year over year across the board in Georgetown.

Digging in

The number of homes sold declined by at least 5% in each Georgetown ZIP code, while two of the three ZIP codes saw double digit year-over-year declines.

With 87 sales, ZIP code 78628 remained the most active while 78626 and 78633 had sales of 39 and 52, respectively.

Home price, meanwhile, declined by less than 10% in each Georgetown area ZIP code.

ZIP code 78628 remains the most expensive, with the median sales price above $500,000.
