Georgetown-area ZIP code 78633 saw 17 more homes sell in December compared to December 2023, according to recently released data from the Austin Board of Realtors and Unlock MLS.
This represents a 28.33% increase, while other Georgetown ZIP codes 78626 and 78628 saw year-over-year declines.
However, ZIP code 78628 had the most home sales in the area at 133—down just one from December 2023.
Of the 253 homes that sold across the three Georgetown ZIP codes in December, the majority of them—135—sold for between $300,000-$499,999.
